Charges to Your Billing Account

(A) General Billing Policy

Mental Root processes payments through your online billing profile (“Billing Account”) for access to paid services offered through our platform.

By booking or using any paid service, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees at the rates displayed at the time of purchase

• Authorize Mental Root to charge your selected payment method (“Payment Method”)

• Ensure that payments are made using the Payment Method you provide

Mental Root may correct billing errors or pricing mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.

In some cases, payments may be collected in two stages:

1. A portion charged at the time of appointment booking

2. The remaining balance charged shortly before the appointment begins

(B) Accurate Billing Information Required

You are responsible for providing complete and up-to-date billing details, including:

• Correct payment information

• Current billing address

• Valid card expiration date

You agree to promptly update your Billing Account if any information changes.

You must also notify Mental Root immediately if:

• Your payment method is lost, stolen, or canceled

• You suspect unauthorized access to your account

• You become aware of any security breach involving your login credentials

(C) Payment Method Responsibility

Your payment obligations are governed by the terms of your Payment Method provider (such as your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor).

If Mental Root is unable to successfully collect payment through your Payment Method provider, you agree to pay any outstanding balance immediately upon request.
